Shortly after falling victim to credit card fraud, I wrote the article Credit Card Fraud: It Can Happen To You (Part 1), where I specified some practices need to be considered when you intend to go into the torrent sites or visit the Internet frequently for other downloads. In this second part, I write about how my lenders approached this appalling situation until they were able to retrieve all my money from the source.

In the first place, what your bank will demand from you in order for them to back you up in a fraud case is for you to positively convince them that you did not participate in any way in the credit card fraud case. Your bank being an institution which serves as a financial intermediary entitled to accept deposits and channel those deposits into lending activities, either directly or through capital markets will always stay neutral and will never trust customers who report theft cases.
